Muchas subidas, curvas y bajadas graves, pero he llegado en 19:40, un ritmo de 3:34.Lots of tough climbs, turns and downhills, but still could arrive in 19:40, equalling to a 3:34 pace.

Una carrera calurosa y dura, pero tenia mi liebre, Carlos de Albox y fuimos muy bien juntos, con nuestro fin con un resultado de 38:53... He nadado 1.1K por la mañana, en los 100 horas de deporte de Garrucha.
A very hot and tough race, but I had my pacemaker there, Carlos from Albox and we ran very well together, with a result of 38:53... I also swam 1.1K in the morning, another competition in the 100 hours of sport in Garrucha.

Muchos corredores de Eliocroca, la carrera parecia una competición casi solamente para ellos. Mucho calor a las 9:30 de la mañana y mucho nivel...
Lots of runners from the team Eliocroca, seemed like it was a race for this club. Lots of "interior" heat and lots strong runners...

We came in 6th as a group of the Almeria Triathlon Club, but I got the third place in my age group...
3K Night Race in Purchena - 2 Aug 2007
A killer climb of 500 meters and lots of strong runners... A finishing time of 9:50 was just enough to arrive in position 17 out of 40 athletes.
